Dr Chang is on maternity leave until summer 2023

Dr Chang grew up in south Liverpool and graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2011 with Honours. After her foundation years she initially completed time in paediatric specialty training, but decided to change her career path to general practice in 2016.

During this time she has continued to develop her interest in child and maternal health, and has gained Diplomas from The Royal College of Paediatrics and the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Palliative Care from the University of Liverpool.

Dr Chang lives locally with her husband and son, close to their families. She loves musical theatre, dance classes and travelling to see friends.
